Religious Education

We welcome all of our children to participate in our program of religious education. For more information, contact the parish office. We offer in-person and hybrid programs.


The Faith Formation program for children at St. Joseph Parish meets weekly during the school year to assist parents in the formation of their child's faith.


The Faith Formation office is open on a part-time basis (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Friday) and is open during class time as well. Please call the Parish office with any questions at 781-767-0605 or email us at stjoesreligioused@gmail.com

The Religious Education Center is located in Saint Joseph Parish Hall.

CATECHISTS

Have you been thinking about a way to become part of our Catholic community? If you enjoy working with children, love the Catholic faith and want to share your faith, consider being a catechist in our Religious Education program. You can email, stjoesreligioused@gmail.com. There are many needs in our faith formation programs. We invite you to discern your gifts and joyfully share them with us



Anyone working with children or youth are required to attend a VIRTUS training.

On Saturday, April 24th 22 young people received the Sacrament of Eucharist for the first time. Keep the children and their families in your prayers. May they grow closer to Jesus as a family. May the children always feel the excitement and the joy each time they receive Jesus in Eucharist

PLEASE NOTE: Anyone young person who was not baptized at St. Joseph or St. Michael will need to send a copy of their baptismal certificate. Any child who is new to our program or has not attended in several years, must register in person. Email the religious education director at stjoesreligioused@gmail.com. Deadline for registration is August 31st.
